Jessica is a highly experienced professional in optometry and ophthalmology with over 18 years of dedicated service in the eye care field. Throughout her career, she has performed a wide range of roles, including reception, billing, and patient coordination, gaining a strong understanding of both clinical and administrative operations. Her favorite role has always been working as a technician, a passion that is reflected in her current role as Head Technician.
In this role, Jessica helps support and mentor staff, while ensuring exceptional patient care.Married and the proud parent of two boys, Jessica enjoys spending quality time with her family and loves shopping, finding a healthy balance between professional dedication and personal life.
